COVID-19 Re-Opening protocols

 

• A copy of our protocols will be posted at the entrance to the salon.
• The following services will not be offered until further notice as they require direct face contact:
  • Waxing
  • Threading
  • Shaves
  • Beard Trims
• Services will be APPOINTMENT ONLY, no walk-in availability until further notice.
• All clients will be required to wear a face mask during the entirety of their service.
• All clients will be required to submit to a contactless IR temperature check upon arrival and provide verbal confirmation they have not had any COVID related symptoms recently.
• All STERLINGS employees will wear appropriate PPE equipment throughout the service including: gloves, face masks, and eye protection.
• The salon door will remain open during business hours to minimize touching of the door handle.
• Please arrive on-time for your service.  If you arrive before your stylist is ready, please wait at the lobby sofa seated 6ft from other people.
• We request cashless transactions.
• We request you do not bring pets, friends, or family and that you minimize any personal belongings brought with you.
• Each client will receive a new, freshly laundered cape.
• STERLINGS employees will be required to perform self-assessments and temperature checks before starting each work day.
• STERLINGS employees will wash hands before and after each client.
• STERLINGS employees will disinfect the salon chair, counter, sink, square iPad, and tools after each client.
• Each service will have a small COVID surcharge of $5 to help alleviate the additional costs of PPE and sanitation services.
